Well the flowers are just beautiful and we're very well received. Happy days factory themselves are a whole other level of fantastic. When I ordered them somehow everything auto changed to my address. I contacted them immediately to see if I could change the address asap as ordered them for next day delivery. The customer service team were absolutely fantastic and responded to me very quickly. They got the address all changed for me, so again thank you for that. Brilliant service I will most definitely be using again.

I can't believe the flowers for the money are fantastic! Probably the best delivered flowers I've ordered. Plus my phone altered the intended delivery address back to my own. I sent a frantic email and they sorted it out within hours. Very impressed and will definitely use again

Asked for the flowers to be delivered on a Saturday (ordered on Friday), the site said next-day delivery. The flowers didn't arrive until Monday, which wasn't ideal. The flowers were of good quality, and the recipient was very pleased
