Delivery

  • We now offer delivery to BFPO addresses on our UK service.

    To have your order delivered to a BFPO address, the delivery postcode will need to be in one of the following formats:

    • BFPO
    • BF
    • HA4 6DQ

    Your tracking will only update as far as your BFPO office. Once your parcel has been delivered to the BFPO office, you will need to contact the BFPO for any further delivery updates.

    Please note: If you have placed multiple orders within a few days of each other and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel.

    You will be able to see whether they have been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you have placed is the same.

  • Our Click & Collect service for local customers allows you to have your order ready, so you can collect your order at your convenience, we do not offer a nationwide click and collect service at this current time.



  • Happy Days Factory currently do not offer a premier delivery subscription service.

  • We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them!

    We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order.

    All UK delivery options are fully tracked and we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

    You can also track your orders through
    My Account.

    If you have placed multiple orders within a few hours of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. You will be able to see whether they have been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you have placed is the same.

    If you provide a valid mobile number on your Happy Days Factory account, our delivery partner will also send you SMS delivery notifications.

    Please note, during busy periods some delivery options may not be available. Choose Fastest Delivery at the checkout to get your order as soon as possible.

  • Place an order before 17:00 (Monday- Friday) to receive it on our Next-Day Delivery option.

    What are the basics?

    Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.

    Please note, Next Day Delivery may not always be available during busy periods. When it is unavailable, choose Fastest Delivery at the checkout for the quickest option.

    How much does it cost?

    Next-Day Delivery costs just £3.99.

    From 99p for cards only, 1st Class Post.

    How can I track my order?

    Delivery is fully trackable.

    we'll keep you up to date on the progress of your delivery will regular notifications direct to your mobile device.

    We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

    What happens on the day of delivery?

    Delivery will be attempted between 7:00-22:00. If delivery hasn't been attempted by then, get in touch the following day so we can look into this.

    A signature may be required.

    If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising

    whether your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

    Depending on the delivery partner, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking, just keep an eye on your tracking or for an email from our delivery partner, for the latest updates.

    Depending on the delivery partner, you might be presented with delivery options during delivery including changing your delivery date, requesting leave with neighbour, requesting leave safe.

     

    We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services are not available, or that order cut off times need amending and or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Happy Days Factory cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

  • Next Day Delivery may not always be available during busy periods. Choose Fastest Delivery at the checkout for the quickest option.

    We offer Tracked 24 Hour Delivery on all flowers & gifts, all orders for cards only are delivered by 1st class post.

    We do not offer Tracked 24 for cards only.

    We offer Tracked 24 on all flowers & gifts, Cards not ordered with flowers or gifts will be sent 1st class post, we do not offer Tracked delivery options for cards only.

  • Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To check the progress of your order, use your Tracking Number, this would have been emailed to you.

    If the tracking does not show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon. 

    Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow an extra day for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

    If your order does not arrive, please let us know within 3 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we will do our best to help you.

Order Issues

    However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you've received your order, this does not apply to Greeting Cards or perishable products.

  • This does not apply to Flowers (perishable) or personalised products such greeting cards.

    The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping.

    ·      The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.

    ·      If you're returning your whole order and you've paid for delivery we'll refund the cost of Standard Delivery to you.

    ·      If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won't be refunded.

    ·      We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to get in touch using any of our available contact options to let us know you'd like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Alternatively, you can complete the Withdrawal Form attachment and send it back to us. You'll find details on how to send this back to us on the Withdrawal Form.

    ·      If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you'd like to cancel we receive your completed Withdrawal Form, we will write and let you know how to do this.

    ·      The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.

    ·      We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us need to have the original tags still on them but need not be returned to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.

  • If you've cancelled an order depending on which payment method you selected at checkout, the time it takes for the money to become available again can vary:

    ·      Credit or debit card - your payment provider can take up to 10 working days depending on your payment provider and we're not able to speed up this process.

    If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we'll look into it further for you.

  • We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Care team, we recommend checking the following:

     We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

    You can also check if your order has been split into more than one parcel by logging into 'My Account' and checking my orders.

    The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

    If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we will do our best to help you.

  •  Did you purchase the gift voucher?

    If you did, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it.

    To cancel your order:

    ·      Log into My Account and go to My Orders.

    ·      If the button next to your order says Cancel/View, you still have time to cancel by clicking the button.

    If that timescale has already passed, and the voucher hasn't been used or locked to an account, get in touch with our Customer Care Team so we can help you further.

    We will cancel it for you or if it's because of a mistake in the email address, we'll change it for you and send you another one.

  • We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. 

    If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, this may a replacement substitute item, we will refund you if it is incorrect, wrong item that cannot be used a replacement.

    If you still want the order and your desired items are in stock, please order them through our website as normal.

Payments & Vouchers

  • As an online business our prices change in response to market prices, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

  • We are currently offering a 10% discount to all students in the UK with an Happy Days Factory account.

    You can get a 10% student discount code through one of the following

  • You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

     

    We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.  

    To add your card details, just login to your account and click on Payment methods. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods.

    If you don't want to save your payment details to your account, you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there are no payment details saved to your account, you'll be asked to enter them when you click Place Order.

  • We are not currently offering gift card purchase options.

  • Happy Days Factory do no currently accept Google Pay.

  • Placing an order could not be easier, simply follow these steps.


    To create your Happy Days Factory Card choose a card you like then select personalise, select the size.


    You can personalise it and upload photos using our editor tool, then add your message inside, remember to click update, Once you have finished your creation, select Add to Bag.


    Next stage please enter the name for who this card is for. 


    This will be for your reference purposes in your account and will not be displayed on the card.


    You will be given an option to Add any extras.


    Continue to bag, select Add Delivery Details.


    Enter your email address and password or if you are a new customer, register now.


    We recommend you create an account with Google or Facebook, you have the option to create an account should you not have a google or Facebook account.


    You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.


    For all other products such as flowers click Add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag. 
     
    Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag and follow the on screen checkout instructions as above.
     
    If you have a promo code, you will need to enter this under the 
    Voucher Code tab.
     
    Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.


    Confirm your payment method and Place Order. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.


    An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It is worth checking Happy Days Factory is marked as a safe sender in your email account or checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

  • Happy Days Factory do not currently offer student choice gift cards, only voucher promotional codes, please utilise them at checkout under the voucher code tab.

  • Happy Days Factory is pleased to announce that we soon will be offering Klarna has a payment option, this option will be made available for spend of over £25 in any 1 purchase.

    More information will be made available, once we start offering buy now pay later.

  • If you place an order using a Voucher/save code, and then return an item from your order that brings the cost of your order down.

    This may mean that the amount you are refunded for the returned item is adjusted, or that no refund will be given.

    An example of how a refund may be adjusted is below:

    ·      Code - £20 off a minimum £100 spend

    ·      Order total - £110

    ·      Returned item - £30

     

    As the return brings the total spend under the minimum spend of £100, the refund will be adjusted to reflect this and the discount of £20 removed. This would mean a refund of £10 would be issued. 

    If you have received an email saying one or more of your items are out of stock this may affect the refund you get back if you used a spend and save code.

    We thought the item was in stock when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order we realised the item was no longer available.

    If the minimum spend has still been met you have nothing to worry about, but if you fall under it the terms and conditions have no longer been met.

    The refund amount you will get will be outlined on the e-mail we send to you.

Product & Stock

  • Every Bouquet is made using the freshest flowers available on the day.


    Although we cannot guarantee the exact types of flowers your bouquet will feature, we can guarantee it will be absolutely beautiful because every florist we work with is skilled.


    With almost all of our Bouquets you can pick the colours, choose from bright, neutrals, pastels or you can let the florist decide if you are not sure.

  • Yes you can .

    The recipient of your gift will receive the information written in the card message.

    If the card message does not include your name, the recipient will have no way of knowing who sent the flowers, card or gifts, If your recipient requests information about who sent the order, this will not be divulged without your permission.

    Please note  all customer details provided for credit card verification purposes are covered by the Data Protection act; such details cannot be divulged without the prior senders consent.

  • You can add your own personal gift message with every gift you send by using the gift message field on the product page.

    1. TOP UP THE WATER
      Remember the more flowers in the arrangement the more water they will consume, so check the water level in your vase daily and keep it topped up. Flowers are thirsty beings, some varieties more so than others, so this is key to keeping them looking their best for longer. Ideally the vase should always be three-quarters full of water. Don not forget to change the water completely after day two and to clean the vase thoroughly before refilling. This simple practice can really help extend the vase life of your flowers.
    2. USE THE FLOWER FOOD
      Flower food has been scientifically developed to prolong the life of your flowers so make sure you use it. The food will normally contain nutrients to feed your flowers.
    3. CUT THE STEMS
      To enable your flowers to take up as much water as possible, you will need to cut the stems daily. To get the best cut, use a sharp knife or scissors and cut at an angle. This will give the stems more surface area to take up water. Never use blunt blades as these can damage the stems. When re-cutting your stems take this opportunity to remove any wilted foliage faded blooms.
    4. CHOOSE WHERE TO DISPLAY YOUR FLOWERS WISELY
      Finding the perfect environment for your flowers will help them flourish for longer. Always display your blooms away from direct sunlight or heat sources such as radiators. Keep them away from the fruit bowl too. This is because some fruits, bananas especially, emit ethylene gas which causes flowers to deteriorate quickly.
    5. TAKE CARE WITH CHILDREN AND PETS
      Some flowers can be harmful if consumed. Lilies, both the petals and pollen, can be extremely toxic to cats. Care should be taken to keep all flowers and foliage out of the reach of children and pets.

    They are fresh perishable items and colours may vary subject to availability.

    Once they have been removed from their packing, they may look different, we often send in bud, to ensure long lasting.

    Therefore, sometimes, we may need to substitute the flower variety, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. When doing so, Happy Days Factory adhere to strict substitution guidelines detailed below.

    Any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

     

    The colour and shape of the chosen product must take priority and no change in size or shape is permissible.

     

    The value of the replacement flower or gifts will be equal to, or greater than, the original variety.

     

    When substitution is made, the utmost care is taken to provide flowers or gifts which maintain the overall effect of the gift.

Return & Refunds

  • We no longer offer exchanges.

    All returned items will be refunded once they have been inspected by our team.

     

    If you need a different item, then you will need to place a new order. 

    ·      You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund, this does not apply to perishable items such as flowers and food/drink items.

    ·      It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.

    ·      Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

  •  How long does a return take?

    If you are returning items, it can usually take up to 10 days (excluding bank holidays) from the day after the return date for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. 

     

    All returns are subject to our original condition and fair use policies.

     

    We'll send you an email as soon as we have completed your return.

     

    How long does a refund take?

    Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order.

     

    This typically takes 10 working days depending on your payment provider. 

    If your returns haven't reached us after the returns timeframe, please get in touch and provide us with your proof of postage so we can help you further.

     

  • If you have already sent your return back to us, you can track its progress using your tracking number.

  • Always check the product info section for details on whether the item is returnable. For items which can be returned we can only accept beauty items back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed for hygiene purposes.

    All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

  • Please notify our team if you are returning items, Our returns team use this information to process your return once it reaches the warehouse. All returns are subject to our original condition and fair use policies.

    The warehouse will only be able to process a refund for the items you said you were sending back to us. 

  • We are really sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund.

    If this is the case please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. 

    Please make sure that you include your order number and any item details relating to the refund when you get in touch.

    Before you contact us, there are a couple of things that may affect the amount you have been refunded:

    ·      The delivery charge, which is only refunded for cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) or if the goods are faulty.

    ·      Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable e.g Spend & Save codes.

  • Once processed by an agent, our payment provider submits refunds to your bank immediately.

    Depending on the banks processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.

    If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact us.
